While working at The Myers-Briggs Company I was the lead web designer responsible for their marketing web properties. While there, I had the opportunity to lead a multitude of highly visible and challenging projects, including the successful redesign of the company website and the company rebrand in 2018. I was responsible for developing the user journey, UX flows, wireframes, designs, and web module functionality, and then worked collaboratively with IT in the build out and code deployment. I defined the global web style guide and ensured the established guidelines were extended consistently across all of our global web sites.
In addition to my work on the global corporate website I was also tasked with building a multitude of microsites including the annual conference website. Lastly, I supported marketing campaign efforts, designing and building campaign landing pages and a modular email marketing template within the marketing automation system, Marketo.
