JUGGLING

grow your brain

Something I taught myself while serving on jury duty a few years ago, juggling has since been an integral part of my life and something I have found truly beneficial. It is extremely meditative when you enter a flow state of juggling through patterns you have an unseemingly fluid muscle memory of. The learning curve although sometime steep at first, proves to be amazingly rewarding in return. Not only for the therapeutic benefits of it but also the physical benefits of getting up and being active. To top off the mental benefits of learning to juggle and continually doing so have been proven in numerous studies so it has definitely found a welcome place in my daily routine.

So I thought it would be fun to make an interactive infographic to help explain some of those benefits in a fun way, and with a little more visual depth for the viewer. Look around, different elements are animated in the graphic, mouse over to find the links.
